1. What are our shipping options?

First and foremost our shipping is discreet. We don't believe in advertising your business to everyone including your postie!
When you make a purchase with us we offer several shipping options to ensure that your order is delivered to you safely, and in a timely manner. For all stock that's here in Aotearoa, our standard shipping option typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery, while our express shipping option usually sees our orders delivered within 1-2 business days. 

*Note* Some of our stock is held buy our overseas vendors and requires international shipping. Stock that is affected by this will be clearly indicated at check-out. In this circumstance, we will discuss individual expected shipping time frames.

Shipping times may still vary depending on your location.

 

2. I placed an order but I haven't got a tracking number yet?

At the Superette we aim to have all our items ready to ship. As some of our items require more complex packing, sometimes it can take 2 or 3 for an order to be fulfilled, tracking numbers assigned and emails sent. We also don't like to overwhelm our poor little post office so sometimes it can take an extra day to get picked up by our courier.

 

3. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been fulfilled and is ready for sending, a tracking number will be assigned and you will receive an update email containing a link and tracking number. You can use that tracking number or click the link to track the progress of your shipment.

 

4. Why are some products hidden?

We apologise but we have had to hide some items and make them available to our trusted loyal members only. Why you ask? Well sometimes people just want to spoil the fun... So! To become a member, please register and setup a login, (this is separate to subscribing to our email list.) Then email us and we will talk you through the process. We are grateful for your understanding. 

 

5. I've signed up but still can't see the hidden products? 

Great you have signed up! Have you got in touch with us? We just need to get you verified. Please send us a quick email or Instagram message, introduce yourself and we will talk you through the different options we have to get verified.

 

6. There's something I'd like but it's out of stock? 

Send us a quick message, we may have some extras or be able to tell you when the next shipment arrives! Communication is key! 

 

7. Do you ship international, so to outside of Aotearoa? 

No sorry we only service Aotearoa at the moment.... But watch this space.... We will be going international!
