The Merge is the latest design in our journey as E3C working within the medicinal cannabis industry. 

NZ's Cannabis industry is a shambles with the segregation mentality that the legal side carries towards the legacy market that has dominated this country for many decades.

Before this Cannabis was just a plant that people who were labelled criminals had interaction with whether you consumed in secrecy to self medicate or for your own personal enjoyment.

The legal Medicinal Cannabis industry was created years ago before it came to NZ but in creating it they segregated it into a legal side and an illicit side forcing the Yin and Yang of this plant apart by controls

Yin and Yang are one with each other. You cannot have 1 without the other There is no light without darkness and there is no good without bad

In this design "The Grower" represents our transition from the illicit industry into the legal industry to help educate and try reconnect the segregation that forces the 2 halves of this Yin and Yang apart

The historical legacy side is represented by the Yin (the dark half) and the medicinal side is represented by Yang (the light side)

The segregation that forced them apart is the controlling powers that repel them like magnets. Dispite this, "The Grower" doesn't give in and knows that it could take a long time to reconnect these 2 halves

The grower is still able to walk both sides and is shown by one half of him representing the medicinal and the other in the historical legacy industry in a bid to join the two industries together as one again.

The Merging of both so they can coexist together again in a world without uneducated segregation
